When a book has no cover (imageURL is empty) you see the _BOOKLIBRARY_NO_PICTURE image in the book details.
But in the Top Listing this image isn't showed.

The code used in booklibrary.html.php should also be used in mod_booklibrary_top_listing_pro.php.

Now we not use so variable in
_BOOKLIBRARY_NO_PICTURE in Book library Top listing module.

You can reproduce the effect by removing the imageURL for the number 1 book in the list, and see the difference (with show images enabled).

Works only if you choose "On your own"
