BookLibrary Plugins Support

I have bought BookLibrary ShopPro, version 3.6, for Joomla 3.0.x and PHP5.
When I try to use the BookLibrary BookLink and insert e.g. {booklibrary isbn=031606792X} in my article, I just get: Book not found!!!! in the frontend.

Any hint?

How exactly did you insert booklibrary?

It is component.

What is {booklibrary isbn=031606792X}?

Please, provide steps, which helps reproduce issue.

I used the BookLibrary BookLink to make a link from an article to a specific book.
When looking at the plugin it says:
Insert a cover link to a book from BookLibrary in articles.Example usage: {booklibrary isbn=031606792X}
Did I misunderstood the purpose of the plugin?

031606792X is your ISBN-10(13)

IN my example i have added 0446696617

It is from book - 1st to Die (The Women's Murder Club)

It comes with component in sample data.

By using your example:
I get the following link:


As soon I use one of my own books I have the problem "Book not found!!!!!", even when I either the book information on my own or fetch it from amazon.com.

My Joomla-admin pages tell me, that there is a new version: Message Available new version Booklibrary 3.6.10 Pro ,creation date November 2016. As I have bought my version on november 10th, I would like to know, if I'm entitled to this new version?
