I'm not sure why but my last message did not show. I had uploaded a file to show you a screenshot of what we see when trying to download the purchased BookLibraryPRO.

We followed your instructions as outlined, in the previous message.

Please see the enclosed screenshot to see that there are no download links for the product we purchased.

Do we have to purchase the membership as well as the product in order to download the product?
