hello dear community,


i run book library on the site maedchenhaus.org

Note: i have a special version - this is called CURL-Version since my Server-Admin dislikes the
alternative versions that can cause serious damage to the server - the versions of Booklibrary that run other webservices-functions such as
file_get_content - in order to get the data out of Amazon.


my question is: how am i able to get some review-texts from amazon.

in now example i have some review text that is gathered from Amazon. is tis possible!? can i get the text from Amazon?
Or is it not possible!?

Hi Lin,

We take from Amazon only Book details, In Pro version we take also and Book description.

We not take reviews from Amazon.

did i get you right - in pro-version you take book and description (with additional review-texts from amazon)!?

well - i have installed a PRO-VERSION on www.maedchenhaus.org


but probably i did not figure it out how to configure!?

hmmm - plz answer and lemme know if the review-text in pro is possible!/doable!?

Hi Lin,

iam sorry we fetch description from amazon - only if that description oin Amazon exist.

For yours book I not see that description returned from amazon.
Please check how that work for book with ISBN: 0553803719
