But the interface of site will have 1 language.
Yes - you may create 1 "All instances" layout for Russian, other for Spanish, and connect every for different menu items, And for every menu you will set self language.
So you will have CCK and Multilanguage site

But if you create Real Estate site you will can't connect Property under Russian with Property under Spanish. And if you move property to rent under Russian - the Spanish property will continue free.
