i saw some similar problems but no solution posted!
to get it solved only buy ftp access is not a confidental way and to have confidence in a component possible errors should be comunicated and solved in public.
hope to get respond from you asap. i am planing to use this component and your pro subscription for a webproject if its working as promised..

WE ask FTP and supper admin access to client site, because very difficult reproduce so errors.
Ordinary these errors happened with incorrect install or update process or when some body self try add something to us code.

The installation was via file upload of the newest package. To ask for the ftp access data i cannot accept as professional way of solute the problem, sorry!
