It is not possible to order by DESC in show all instance layout.
But it is possible to order by ASC

We checked. Everything works. Please check. If you want to make sorting by default, without displaying a field, you should select the sorting field under Default field for order. Also, in the item Instance fields for order, there should be no selected values. If you displayed the field on the frontend and clicked the sort order button there before, it may take time to clear the cache. We recommend that you wait some time or use a different browser.
