If I add the PDF Button to my "show single instance" layout I get the following warning (OS blank template):

Warning: Undefined array key "lid_cck_pdf_button" in /home/xxxxx/public_html/components/com_os_cck/views/fieldsList/unique/pdf_button/tmpl/tmpl_default.php on line 20
