The fields are shown in different columns even they are set in one column in the single instance pdf layout.
No more than 4 fields get shown in the pdf. I have put around 10 fields in my layout.
Please check: Layouts -> Entity "SQL ORDERS accepted" -> PDF Layout new.
In the frontend please click in the top Menu "Rentals confirmed"
You have to be logged in to the frontend as an super admin.
It seems as the PDF Layout gets cashed somewhere. If I do some changes in the layout, always the same pdf layout appears. I have delete all my browser chache with CTRL F5.
But nothing happens. alwys the same field layout.

Could you please check again?

Nothing has changed. still only 4 fields visible.

Only the first layout row gets rendered. The other rows you forgot to put in pdf.
