In the joomla backend Extension manager I saw that two versions of OS CCK are installed for the site:
- OS CCK PKG LIGHT
- OS CCK PKG PRO

Do I still need the light version or can I delete it or deactivate it?
I am afraid it slows my website.

You have Pro version of our Joomla CCK
But as remember: You first install free version of joomla cck next Pro. So now you rewrite some files from free version with Pro files.
afraid if you remove now Free version - you will remove and some pro files
