I need to get saved the field wich is configured as the "Titel" in the "add instance layout" in the table Entity Instance and not the SEO Titel of an instance which is configured in the setting of an instance. Where and how can I do it?

Idea in Next.
In Ordasoft Joomla CCK Title to instance you may add:
- at time Instance Add process - type info to special field. This field, we add to table "#_os_cck_entity_instance"
or
- you may set some "Text field" as "Title" at time add fields in "Add instance layout". This field we save as another fields in "#_os_cck_content_entity_XX" table and "Title" settings in field setting in table "#_os_cck_entity_field"
If we will save this field to "#_os_cck_entity_instance" - with that we will confuse TITLE from Instance - with TITLE from settings from "add instance" for metadata, so if user will change "Title' - we wil lcontinue use "Title" from point 1. Now algorithm, as me seem, more flexible.

I make a new field in add instance layout and call it Title and mark it as a title. Usually the title in the show instance layout is a short text. I also can use this title to make a menu item. But the title for the meta tag which I can input in the settings of the instances is much more longer becaue I put also some keywords to it.

An example:

title in show instance layout for the front end: value: Toyota Sedan XL

title in instance settings for meta tags: value: Toyota Sedan XL family car for car rental

First of all, we not see in interface of OrdaSodt Joomla CCK the world "Titel". Please hint to us where we may find it.

Sorry, for me not clear why need add special field "Title" for metatags, You as admin may add MetaTag Title in every Instance(WE already have special field for this). Only if you need add this to frontend?!
You mark field as "Title" in "add instance layout" - only if you not wish every time fill "special field for title"
And Please check "Title" we use also for add product to car.

Also Please check for Google - more important what you have in H1, H2, H3..
