Is it possible to deactivate the rental entries in the rental calendar and the rental table?

we have 100 bikes of the same type to rent. Therefore we have one instance. It does not make sence to create 100 instances with the same prices and features. Because if we want to change the price or the feature we have to edit 100 instances. Too much work!!!!

The problem is now: If a customer books one bike, this instance gets blocked in the reservation calendar. The other 99 bikes cannot be rented anymore for the same period.
This is one of the reasons we are not able to work anymore with CCK.

At the moment I edit the rent table with the joodatabase component and delete the reservation dates so that the period is not anymore blocked.
I can do this. But the reservation staff at the office is not able to manage this.

Is it possible to deactivate the rental entries in the rental calendar and the rental table?
These are features of rent process for Joomla CCK- when you may show to your clients which item when busy.
When you have rent history for every item. So you may check who and when rent this item.

If you no need this, you may easy connect to instance - "Buy request" or simply "Request" - so you will see request from clients with all data which you need

I works excellent with the buy request form instead the rent request form. Now the booking calendar system is not active anymore. Thank you for your advise.
