I have a very simple layout that leads me to an edit layout using this custom code:
echo "<a href=instance-manager?task=edit_instance&eiid[0]=$entityInstance->eiid>Edit</a>";
This simple layout displays an edit button. But I also need a delete button
would it be possible?

Hi
For now you can't do this. Please wait - we need add some changes to Joomla cck component for possibility of this.
Best, if you will use "CCK Instance Manager" for so operations

Is the delete button for custom code meantime available?
Or would it be possible to have a delete button in the edit area as well? On top of the edit area is a cancel button - next to it a delete button would be quite good.
My software-version is 8.0.14 Pro

Hello
Please wait middle of next week. We now adding to our Joomla CCK - possibility create forum on it - so we added possibility add to show layouts Delete and Edit buttons - so you will can permit to some User Group or to Owners - delete or edit instances which they added.
We need time for fix small errors

We sent to you last cck pro version - that in "show instance" layout - we added possibility add "Edit" and "delete" buttons.
This version let to you create Joomla forum
