I have an add instance layout as a form. When submitting, the form is not submitted and there is a 404.
the form worked until recently - the problem appears suddenly

The only thing I changed: I turned on Use URL Rewriting - it works again without Use URL Rewriting. I would like to turn on Use URL Rewriting
