Yes, we work on this.

BUT, for any production site I recommend not update to Joomla 5 nearest half year.
Please wait when Joomla team fix main errors.
And any way: before update please do full backup site for have possibility return to Joomla 4

Is it already reccommended to use Joomla CCK on joomla 5?

I only work with Joomla 5 for now for all new production websites.
