Direct URLs to Tabs in Gallery

I have a gallery broken down by categories. If I click on a tab it goes to the right category. If I mouseover the tab I get a valid URL like spiritfireimages.com/galleries/calendars#cat-2 . However, if I cut and paste that URL into a browser it always takes me to the first category. Is there any way to get a direct URL to each category so I can link to it from another website?
