Joomla Gallery Support

I purchased the Pro version, installed fine into a new Joomla 3.9 installation.

When I go to upload an image ( after setting increases in php.ini ) they start to upload, a message flashes saying "processing", then "upload failed."

If I look in the Joomla media gallery, the gallery is created and the image is there.

Embedding {os-gal-7} in an article, or adding the OS gallery via a Menu does not work either.

Is this product broken and a waste of money?
