Joomla Gallery Support

Hi guys

i was running the free version of the gally for a while and now its just gone. everything looks ok at the backend but i cant get it to show up in the front end of joomla 3.9.6

any idea here?

Or you updated old ?

If you update: you need resave gallery, we added many new features, so if you update old - you need resave every gallery.

Hi,

i did do that. i open the OS Gallery from the components, then clicked on my gallery, the gallery opened at the back-end, and saved it. Nothing....its still missing from the front end.

i had to revert back to a backup cause its a live website.

do you have step by step instructions on how this is done? i think im missing something

Nothing....its still missing from the front end.
First of all when you do component update - you need turn off Cache and code optimization plugins/

If Bad page safe to cache. The resave of gallery give nothing

Please recheck this on test site.
Please install old version and next at top install new

None of that worked

Now when i add a new category in the gallery it shows up at the backend but the tab in the front end is blank. Then when i try to delete it it just doesnt delete it. i have to go in the database table to delete it.

If we get this resolved im willing to go for the full version but if it has so many issues i will rethink it!
