Joomla Gallery Support

OS Gallery 5.0.10 Light Pro rotating images on Joomla 3.9.8 uploads.
Turns all photos into landscape mode. Have stripped exif info; have added image magik to php.
Is not doing this on the older pro version, so why is it doing it on the free version???

Did you check OS Image Gallery settings: "Rotate image according to 'exif' data" ?

Thanks, but I went back to OS gallery 4.5.8 Pro ... and it only has one plugin OS Gallery System, which has no settings at all.
I had to open each photo in a Photo edit program, and save them, and they now all load correctly (both portrait and landscape). Only had 11 photos ... however if I had hundreds it would take me hours to do.
Can't understand why this is happening, OS Gallery has not done that before ... is it because photos I used are from an iphone perhaps?

First of all:
Before any updates, please do full backup ! With that you will not lost something important

Pro version - you can't update with help Joomla Update.

In OS Image Gallery 4.5 - this setting already exist "Rotate image according to 'exif' data".

'exif' data - add all modern Phones and Cameras.

I not understand how you get this error.
This option work only at time image upload. You need reupload image if you wish change this option.

If "OS Image Gallery 4.5" for you better, best way recover site from backup.
