Hello
I am sorry, I not understand - do you checked "Gallery settings->General->Default field for order" as we show at images in this post top ?
These "Images ordering settings" accessible only in "OrdaSoft Joomla Image Gallery Pro version".
In Free version - you may order images with help Drag and Drop
