I have attached a series of screenshots here since I cannot add attachments using email support.
The 7th image is showing that we actually do have an active account under username arkofhope2 (but you already know that).
It is frustrating that I have to prove to you that I indeed know what I am doing yet there is a problem with your system. Now our website visitors cannot see our current image galleries since applying the upgrade because activation will not work. It was activated before I applied the upgrade so I don't even know why we have to activate again.
The captcha is not working properly, or the entire system is not seeing our active account. Regardless this IS a problem in your system, and this time has nothing to do with our email client.I wish you used a captcha kin account activation like you use in the forum. Just a click to show that I am not a robot.
