Does Gallery extension support a way to allow a joomla site's registered users to upload pictures into the gallery.

No OrdaSoft joomla gallery - only for admin.

If you need site where users will possible upload self images or self galleries to website, please use our Joomla CCK - there you easy may create so site. Our Joomla CCK - you may use for any types of website and for images sites also.
