Sorry, I did not explain the problem correctly.

The gallery with the phot work correctly because I use Image hover effect: Taras
With Taras the title of the image is center.

But with the other Image hover effect: the title of the image go on the left (see picture of the screen in attachment).
I send yu the screen of the administration for this gallery.

BUT for create HTML blocks which you have, I advice to you check our Joomla CCK, recently we added there a lot Layouts for create html blocks - like on your site. Plese check joomla cck library
