Joomla Gallery Support

Hello,
I am using Gallery Light 6.1.56 on a site and we transferred the site to live status and had problems with the component. We reinstalled over the top the same version. Now we are being prompted to activate the license everytime time we want to add an image or crew a new gallery. Please see attached screenshot showing nowhere to activate. Please advise.

Look like you at some time updated Pro version gallery with Free.
The screen shot which you show - from OrdaSoft Joomla Gallery Free
But if You have Free Gallery - It not ask activation at all.

Also, last order which I see from you, from 17-Oct-2019 - this very old order. We have 1 year update and support license. so we can't send to you new version.
so there I see so ways:
1 - You send to our contact form ordasoft.com/contact-us-form - your supper admin / ftp access - and detail description how reproduce error - and we will check more detail what exactly you have.
2 you install OLD Pro version Gallery which you have, But first - please backup your site. I not know which current Version Gallery and Joomla you have - and what may happen if you install old version of gallery
3 You buy New Version gallery - and install it

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the light version and we no longer have the activation issue.
However we can create a gallery and change settings but we cannot upload an image.
I think we have a server issue, where do I find the server requirements for OS Gallery so I can check the server settings.

I see for your site next error:
0 Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg()

WE for our joomla gallery ask "GD PHP extension" - this is Standard PHP Extension. Please write to your hosting support about this and they will enable it.
