How to improve Image quality in "All in One"

"All in One" is perfect layout for starting a Gallery i.e on portfolio description page.
unfortunately the quality (compression, sharpness) of the generated image for all in one is very low and the image is not enough sharp as needed.
Is there a way to improve the quality of this "placeholder main image" on "All in one" Gallery Layout?

In OrdaSoft Joomla Image gallery you may easy change size for thumbnail images in Gallery settings
lease check attachment
But please be careful = if you high image size - you high your thumbnail image quality - but slow site load speed

Hi
Thank you for this hint. Before I was not sure what this "crop" exactly meant. But now I got it. When I crop a pic to 200px and after that I display the image at 500px wide it results is blur. So I set this crop-parameter to the size I afterwards need. The result ist now a lot better than before.
