Joomla Gallery Support

Hi, just bought your gallery component and installed it locally on my pc.
Now I created a gallery and tried to upload pictures, but it always says "upload failed". If I try to repeat it, nothing is happening.

1 Please turn on in Joomla Max errors report: May be you will see where error:
- Please in joomla admin menu: System->"global configuration->Server: "Error Reporting" - turn to "Maximum"
- Please in joomla admin menu: System->"global configuration"-> System -> Debug Settings ->YES

2 Please check your HTTP server: "Error log file"

3. Please move your gallery to any hostiong in web - and if error will continue exist:
