I would like to know if there is a search module better than the one that brings component, which can be searched by population, provinces No. of rooms or bathrooms I am interested in this before buying component, since the one I have seen from the pro version Seems a bit lacking in search options

In real estate manager (ordasvit.com/joomla-real-estate-manager/) Pro version exist advance search:
ordasvit.com/joomla-real-estate-manager/...69/show_search_house

Also in pro version of the search module - you may configure which fields show for search and which fields use for search.
In free version search module - we do search through all fields
