In REM there is the useful "alone category" view, but I need to show the contents of two or more subcategories, without having an "intermediate" page (such as the category listing or a search page): I'd like to have a "multiple categories" choice in the RealEstateManager menu item group.

Otherwise, I'd like to have a "Preset Search" item in which the administrator can preset params (i.e.: properties with certain features or belonging to certain subcategories) and have the results shown in a "static" page, accessible from a menu item, with list/grid layout
