Im using real estate manager pro, looking at the grey backgrounds on images like under more information etc plus how do you edit the property types cant find it anywhere

edit the property types
You may Rename or change (for dropdown) any field in property listing software which already exist but which no need for you, with help Real Estate Manager :: Language Manager,
put any name of custom field (or some field value for listbox) in "Value of constant" choose Language and rename as you need

Listing status - constant for change values: _REALESTATE_MANAGER_OPTION_LISTING_STATUS show at image
