is there anyway the xml file format can be changed to suite another portal i want to bulk upload to?

for export all houses from one site created on ordasoft property management software to another site also created on ordasoft property management software - you need move to menu RealEstate::import export, and there you need do "full export", and on another site in menu RealEstate::import export, and there you need do "full import"
And you will need with help FTP - copy all images.
