I have installed joomla Real Estate November joomla quickstart packge. but page is not opening. Administrator module is opening. Following error is coming

"404 Page Not Found

My php version is 7.4.29

I have tried this quickstart package in my localhost for learning purposes. I tried above steps also . still not opening. if possible i will give remote access through anydesk/team viewer

Same issue for me. Error 404. I Try to delete the "real_estate_v1" theme in Backend but also this is not possible.
