Joomla Real Estate Wishlist

Hi,
I have a suggestion to make. A lot of my clients properties have also separate small Flats/Guest Apartments. At the moment your software doesn't allow us to specify them separately and only via Amenities.
For example: We have a property with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and a guest unit/flat with one bedroom and 1 bathroom. At the moment we list the property details as 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which confuses the clients.
Is there any way that we could add a feature/details option to specify separately Guest unit bedrooms and bathrooms?

Please check In OrdaSof Joomla Real Estate You may add additional info with help:
- Description
- Amenities
- You may Rename or change (for dropdown) any field which already exist but which no need for you, with help Real Estate :: Language Manager,
put any name of custom field (or some field value for listbox) in "Value of constant" choose Language and rename as you need

- For creating new fields OrdaSoft Real Estate has Extra Fields manager
(Components > RealEstate > Setting page - Category Page Settings )

Put Yes for any Custom Text Fields or Custom Dropdown Field.
