hi I know it's not a function of current Real Estate manager component, just wondering how much you'll charge to get it developed?

here is a brief idea:

when a house rented out, component will put a "rent out" sign on the top of main photo instead of unpublish it from the property list.

In Ours component all not so simply, now yours client or house owner - may rent out house( property ) to many different rent period. So now we can show many times period with rent out, so youser can send rent request for free time.

Also at last version Real estate Manager we added "rent out calendar" - where users can more best see when property free

But if that not good for you and you need some other algorithm, please send custom version creation request to ordasoft support form. And we wil lcreate for you version - exactly as you need

You have to manage your property and rent out the sign for the related property. There are best property for making the manager for the property to all the components. I think this is the best property for the show many different places.
