I didn't want to argue or force you to do anything, but time goes on and there's nothing happening in this matter, so I have no choice. We (our company) have paid for working software in production stage, not for paticipation in homemade development, so we have right to feel cheated.
In matter of fact this is an effect of unproper implementation of google maps api, so it's obviously a latent defect. I have consulted it with fellow programists and they don't know why you did it this way, but they described it as "poor coding". This bug causes the software is practically unsusable for us. Because of this bug we have already lost overwhelming amout of money. Our employees are busy searching their immovables on the map of the world, zooming and zooming in small window, when they should service customers and earning money. We can't even process all offers this way, cause it's too much of them. Customers are asking us why their immovables are not listed on our website, so we're loosing also our reputation as immovables broker.
First you have written, that you have already fixed it, but you need more time to make good design. Then, that you need a little more time for joomla 3 version, and then, that you can do it only as a personal customisation request.
Stop kidding! We don't need god damn good design. We only need it working and we need it quickly! Joomla 3 was released long ago - you had even too much time.
If you just want to force us to pay again for repairing things, that was messed up from the very beggining, our answer is NO WAY. You have messed it up and you have to fix it without any additional fees. If you want more money to make it good, increase the price and don't make idiots of your customers.
