I have buy the "Pro Package" and when I try install all modules I have some errors:

The others files are OK, my Joomla version is Joomla! 3.2.1 Stable

after installation in "Components" menu don't have submenu "Real State Manager" ...

I install the Component "com_realestatemanager_3.0_pro_2014_01_13" , unzip the file and install from directory... and I have the submenu OK

I have now only 2 problems:

That not standard Joomla extensions
plug_community_builder_myhouses_3.1_2013_05_31
that plugin for real estates manager and for community builder - you need install it from community builder manager


sh404sef_ext_realestatemanager_3.0_2013_05_21
that plugin for real estates manager and for sh404sef component, you need install(unzip) it to folder component/com_realestatemanager/sef_ext/
or to
component/com_sh404sef/sef_ext/
