Please add sites what really use Real Estate, please write about yours experience, tricks ...

I have installed the Real Estate Manager into my Joomla v3.3 website and I have a few questions before upgrading to the Pro Version.

1. Can the folder option display (Rental vs Sales etc.) be turned off so that any listings that are published for display in a list or in a grid?
2. In the Detailed Property Display screen can the following features be configured?
A. Can the Review tab be turned off?
B. Can the Calendar Feature be turned off by property? If the Calendar is displayed how are the dates controlled? In the
basic version there isn't any from/to rental dates that I could find to set the calendar display associated with the
property.
3. Can additional descriptions be added and displayed to the property photos?

A. In House Page Settings you can turned off - Review tab.
B. In House Page Settings you can turned the Calendar Feature.
C. The additional descriptions can not be added to the property photos.
