Hi! In template Dream House, show the limit of the 750000 in the search. How I do to change this value?

Hello,
750000 in the search is the max price of house, search take max price from house and display it.
If your max price will 100, in search You will see 100.
If max price will be 1, you will see 1 in search.
Change behaviour of search you can only in code.
