I was ready to buy realestate manager package extension for $69, then i saw ur $90(100 joomla templates, quickstart and so on) offer bundle package, but im confussed. does this last package include the real estate extension or only visual elements,(templates)?

Joomla Standard Membership package 90$ ordasoft.com/Templates/Templates-packages/membership-page.html, is include the "Template QuickStarts", there already preinstalled our components and modules, as you see in every template description.
So at result you receive site exactly as our demo
