i orderes yesterday, payed by paypal, i received a mail with download link but the link is broken. I ask per email, i wrote via paypal and now i try on this way.

How can i get my payed Site ?

And also i downloaded a free template just to try how it works, and also not working.

this is what i get: as-realestate.com/AS/real_estate/ no picture, no menue no nothing´. But it should be a 5 min Side.

do i get help now ?

For install free version, do you use quick start package ? Please try that again,

If that not help, please send to us FTP access top yours site, please give to as Database access and we will install that self.

You no need install Joomla site. Ours template already has Joomla Quick start package.
You need unzip ours template to any folder on yours site
At place where you plan have site
as example to folder joomla_25
there are you will see file kickstart.php
you will need type in yours browser:
http://{yours site}/joomla_25/kickstart.php
after that you will see step by step site wizard
where you will need type database access, admin user details
