Joomla Real Estate

Hello, I have just made two big purchases from Ordasoft. Club template and also Real Estate pro package.

However, I am very disappointed because the Luxury Appartments template is not working well and also I cannot use the new modules from the Pro version in this template.

I have a problem where I cannot selct the Id's of the houses I would like to show in the gallery in this website:

When I try to do 1,2,3 it will freeze and not show anything.

Also, when I try to install the featured component I just bought it will not let me. It says I must install Real Estate Component first, but it is already loaded in this template! And when I try to install the new pro real estate manager template I bought it says I cannot install because the folder is already taken.

Ideally I want to manage this same template and site in joomla 3.2 and also to use the best pro real estate manager available, without losing the loaded data and present CSS and template configuration.

Can you help? This is very important please and the reason we chose Ordasoft to do this job well (but now things are not working well... please help... )
