I've installed the free version of RealEstateManager and sofar I'm very happy and impressed with the basic functionality. I rated you with a 5 star on extensions.joomla.org (but with one remark on the searchmodule, see below).

I'm thinking to buy the full package to get all email functionality (for instance when a user sends a rentrequest and so on), but I'm wondering if there's a better search module available then the one that comes with the free version.

With the free version a user can only select the region by setting a tickmarker, but what I need is a dropdown searchmodule where I can select 1) country (as dropdown populated from the database) and then 2) all cities in that country also as dropdown populated from the database. That should be the absolute minimum, but it would be nice to also have region as dropdown option, type of property (like appartment, cabin).

Do you have anything like that or any plans to develop this on short term?

I am sorry, we haven't so search module, for search as you propose - will need rebuild not only search module need rebuild also self search algorithm

Now you may order that as custom version
