Hallo i just bought REP PRO and i followed all your instructions.

But the installation of Pro package FAILED!

When i try to install it it faιls with the following message:

"There was an error uploading this file to the server."

Why?

I have the same problem and support doesn't answer yet.
Below appear another message: "Can not find installation package" or something that. I test several times and the same. I purchased the Extension yesterday and I am worried now!!!!!

Yes. I tried other extensions and all installed fine.

But REM PRO failed what ever i tried. Both "UPLOAD packag file" and "INSTALL FROM DIRECTORY" failed.

With "UPLOAD packag file" i had this error: "here was an error uploading this file to the server."

and with "INSTALL FROM DIRECTORY" these two: Warning:"JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file" and ERROR: Path does not have a valid package.

I noticed that REM PRO was updated at 3/3/2014. Maybe the forgot to insert an XML file.

Please we are looking forward for admins answer. Please we are very worried so we would appreciate if admin could answer faster!

Hello pfratz, I don't have neither responding here nor in team support. I sent three emails with attachment about the problem and screenshots and nothing!. Did you have some Idea or that's it.

Ordinary problem with size. Our pro version have more size compare with free,

You need high the value of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in your php.ini
and after that restart httpd server

Or you may install with help option "from folder"
