Another problem.

I can't neither send nor recieve mail in rem pro.

In my joomla global confugurations i am using smpt mail.

I can send and reciev mail in joomla contact form but not in rem pro, for rent request notifications.

i get "Could not instantiate mail function error"

It's very annoying!!!

I am using smtp mail server because the other two, php mail and send mail don't work for me.

I bought rem pro to send mail, only to find out that i can't send emails! It's tragic

Real estate manager - for mail send use mail functions and configure from Joomla Global setting.

Please try send any email from any joomla article or joomla mass mail function. After that start work - that start work and in Ral estate manager
