NOTE: I'm working on the free version as a trial before buying the full version.
When I put the search form in a module, it only comes out as one long column, not nicely divided into columns as in your screenshot and demo. Is there a selector for this in the parameters somewhere?
using Joomla 3.2.3, T3 2.1.2

hello,
Our search module - full - you may configure with help joomla module manager - that module setting
we have only vertical layout - because that you simple may turn off/on any filed.
But in module you may redefine layout with help code edit, if that more best for you
