Removing category and subcategory names

Hello!
I have Real Eastate Manager 3.0 FREE.
How can I remove category and subcategory names marked 1 and 3 on screenshots?
krasnodar-gorod.ru/component/realestatem...ries.html?Itemid=111
And how can I change or delete category description "Our house catalog with houses for rent or sale" marked 2 on screenshot?
I tried to change it in /components/com_realestatemanager/lang/English.php BUT nothing is changing(
I had cleared site cash, cleared browser cash, but this text is not changing. I try to find this text by Total Commander in component files, but find nothing. Where from this text appearing if I changed it in English.php I dont understand???
And one more question - how can I make urls shorter? This urls are not looking good

По поводу урлов, вам нужно ставить sh404.
