Joomla Real Estate

Good evening gentlemen,
I bought an orderly n.4591 / 2014 the Component Real Estate Manager PRO.
I have a problem.
when I go to add the photos of the houses in the "homes / photos and documents" gives me the following error: File not match mime type file ext.
I want to upload picture in jpg, png, formats classics.

I work in localhost.
use xampp updated
use joomla and by 3:23 as superusers
php 5.4.25
curl enabled.

What should I do?
give me a hand.

please check real estate manager component setting, and check options permitted for upload image file extensions

I checked the extensions in the settings of "RealEstateManager-PRO".
The settings are ok.
The problem remains.
The cause may be the method of installation?
Now I tell you how I installed "RealEstateManager-PRO":
1) I downloaded from your site the Tempate "Realestate - november 2013" Free.
2) I purchased "RealEstateManager-Pro."
3) I uninstalled from joomla component "RealEstateManager FREE"
4) I installed it on joomla component "RealEstateManager PRO".
Was I right?
Or mistake in step 3?
Should I uninstall "RealEstateManager FREE"?

If you not have any data what you may lost, you may uninstall current version and again install.
Please in component setting set for option Update - NO

If you have data what may lost, please do nothing

It will work, but you lost all template styles

with your template in quick start package go Pro version real estate manager
Please install that quick start package, below manual:
