when I click a button to add category it direct me to the add feature not category .
please let me know how I can provide you access to my site so that you can check this problem , from the beginning I am facing this problem. there most be some thing wrong with the components.

Hello,
You need check you first image, you need select tabe in features manager with categories
and add categories by comma
after that press save category button - we did that for you on your site
