I can modify many of the items I need to using the .css files in the RealEstateManager template. However, I cannot find where to set the text "hover" color for the Links in the footer.

for check what and where edit in CSS - please use FireBug extension for FireFox
and if you wish some ask from us - you need give to us full details, what, where , some screen shots
