Deleting Houses from FrontEnd from Administrator

Each registered User can also Delete (Edit) Your Houses. But if it does not delete, it has to do the Administrator.
Of course it is done from the Administration (BackEnd). The Owner WebSites does not want to use the Administration (BackEnd). He likes the work in the FrontEnd.
I tried to login from the FrontEnd as Administrator, Super User, but the ability to edit and Delete Houses there do not.
How can an Administrator do Editing or Deletion House all normal Users from FrontEnd?

The Link that you sent me, does not solve my Question.
My Question is: can Administrator (Owner of Sites) to edit, delete, Houses of other Users from the FrontEnd?
My proposed Solution: a User with Administrator rights, when it takes Account of the FrontEnd, he should be able to Edit, Delete all the Houses! Thus, even the Houses of other Users only with rights Registered.

I do not have and do not need a Component for BookLibrary.
I do not understand, why I must to RealEstateManager another BookLibrary have - to buy?
I just need to set, the User with privileges Manager, Administrator and SuperUser, could FrontEnd Edit and Delete Houses all Users.

Hello,
You can non set, the User with privileges Manager, Administrator and SuperUser. You can delete only own Houses on FrontEnd, and your users can delete only their Houses on FrontEnd. To remove others Houses, which add users you can only as admin.
