Yes, I know how to change page browser title and Joomla Site Name for my site.

But your template not work correctly for me. What I change for Page Display > Browser Page Title are not work.
Also I found that the template add meta and description for the site:

meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"
meta name="keywords" content="RealEstate Manager | Rent | Completed"
meta name="description" content="RealEstate Manager | Rent | Completed"
meta name="generator" content="Joomla! - Open Source Content Management"
title>RealEstate Manager | Rent | Completed</title

PS: I found the solutions myself , anyway thank you for your help.

We know where to change the site name, but that's not the problem! on the site of the global confiruración tab, we´ve change the name, but the name remains "RealEstateManager".

We also clean cache, as you asked before, but nothing works.

I have the same problem and i REALLY need to know how to do not show RealEstate Manager before the title of each house pubblished. For SEO it is a big limitation and a problem for search engine results (i am a PRO user, i don't use the free script)

1)Log in admin interface of your Joomla site.
Hover your mouse over a link site in the admin panel and select the General Settings link, or click General Settings in the admin panel.
Look for the name of the site and register there something you would like to show visitors the title of the browser window. eg
Site name = Lessons Joomla, Community Builder and JomSocial
In the setting of SEO to check the Enable the site name in the page header was set to a setting other than None. In Joomla, you can choose whether to add the site name before or after the title page. I.
Save your configuration changes by clicking the Save button

2)Also look at meta and description for the site:

I did modify manually the realestatemanager.php file inside the realestatemanager component folder (/public_html/components/com_realestatemanager). Diego, if you need any help, contact me. (you find my website inside my public profile).
